Since joining us in 2009 they have always kept the goals and strategy of the business at the forefront of all their actions, understood our customers and how to speak to them, taken ownership and accountability, and have behaved as a member of the team. Along with the daily, ongoing marketing responsibilities they have diversified our lead sources which included developing and implementing an email marketing program, redesigning our website, developing the strategy for an Affiliate Marketing program, conducting radio and direct mail tests, recommended and are in the process of implementing a campaign for HECM (Reverse Mortgages).
