How We Start
From the very beginning of our relationship you will find that the Carey Road process is where we immediately differ from the “others”.
- Once you’ve contacted us we’ll set up a brief conversation on the phone just to get acquainted.
- If we jointly agree to proceed further, we’ll set up a face-to-face for an hour or two.
- At that first meeting we do something really radical in this industry; we ask you questions about your business and we listen.
- We will ask questions such as…
...Why do you feel you need Carey Road? To kick start your business? Fix something? Develop a growth plan?...Do you have a business plan? A Strategy? Goals? ...What is the background of your company? How did you start? Where are you going?...What are the details of your product/service? Who is your customer?...What marketing have you done? What worked? What didn’t? What is your marketing budget?
- We then answer your questions. Who we are, our experience, our high level thoughts on your business and anything else you have on your mind.
At the end of the initial meeting we will jointly decide if a written proposal from Carey Road is something of interest to both of us.
